Orders & pricing
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices and stock are confirmed at checkout; we may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable and will refund any payment in full.
Payment
Orders are paid in advance by bKash, Nagad or Rocket (Send Money), bank transfer, or card through SSLCommerz. For Send Money and bank transfer, your order is confirmed once we verify the transaction ID; if the payment cannot be found, the order is cancelled. Card and gateway orders that are not paid within 60 minutes are cancelled automatically.
Custom furniture
Custom and made-to-order items require confirmation of design, size and finish and may require an advance payment. They cannot be returned unless defective.
